If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return, your item must be <strong>unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Non-returnable items:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to hygiene and safety reasons, <strong>cosmetics and dietary supplements cannot be returned if opened or used<\/strong>. Other non-returnable items include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Downloadable software products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some health and personal care items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Partial Refunds<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Late or Missing Refunds<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If you haven\u2019t received your refund yet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check your bank account again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact your credit card company\u2014there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact your bank\u2014there is often some processing time before the refund appears.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at <strong><a>contact@colwaynetherlands.eu<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sale Items<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items <strong>cannot<\/strong> be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exchanges<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Shipping Returns<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To return your product, mail it to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pastoor Koenestraat 9, 6881 SW Velp GLD, Netherlands<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
